Refund policy

Order Cancellation

  • Orders placed on our website are processed quickly so they can reach you on time.

  • Once confirmed, orders cannot be cancelled.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, if you change your mind, you can cancel by reaching out to us before dispatch at support@mayskin.in or via phone.

  • Changes in address or contact details can be made within 12 hours of placing the order or until the order has shipped, whichever is earlier.

Refunds & Replacements

  • Our products are made and packed with care. We do not offer refunds unless an item is received in a damaged or unusable condition.

  • If your order arrives damaged, please email us at support@mayskin.in within 24 hours of delivery. Kindly share:

    • Photos of the damaged item

    • Images of the parcel box and shipping label

    • Your order number

  • Once reviewed, we’ll arrange either a replacement or a refund for the affected item, based on your preference.

Delivery Concerns

  • If your order is lost in transit or shows as delivered but hasn’t reached you, contact us immediately.

  • After verifying with our courier partner, we will re-ship the order at no extra charge.

  • Refunds are not applicable for such cases.

Exclusions

  • Returns or refunds are not available for:

    • Opened, used, or tampered products

    • Change of mind or personal dissatisfaction with performance

    • Delays caused by courier/shipping partners outside our control
