Order Cancellation

Orders placed on our website are processed quickly so they can reach you on time.

Once confirmed, orders cannot be cancelled.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, if you change your mind, you can cancel by reaching out to us before dispatch at support@mayskin.in or via phone.

Changes in address or contact details can be made within 12 hours of placing the order or until the order has shipped, whichever is earlier.
Refunds & Replacements

Our products are made and packed with care. We do not offer refunds unless an item is received in a damaged or unusable condition.

If your order arrives damaged, please email us at support@mayskin.in within 24 hours of delivery. Kindly share:

Photos of the damaged item

Images of the parcel box and shipping label

Once reviewed, we’ll arrange either a replacement or a refund for the affected item, based on your preference.
Delivery Concerns

If your order is lost in transit or shows as delivered but hasn’t reached you, contact us immediately.

After verifying with our courier partner, we will re-ship the order at no extra charge.

Refunds are not applicable for such cases.
