Shipping policy

1. Order Confirmation

  • Once you place an order on www.mayskin.in, you’ll receive an email confirming that we’ve received it.

  • When your package is ready to ship, you’ll get a dispatch email with tracking details.

  • If your order includes multiple items, they may be shipped separately.


2. Processing & Dispatch

  • Most orders are packed and shipped within 2–5 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

  • Every product goes through a quality check before being sealed and handed over to our courier partners.


3. Shipping Fees

  • Prepaid orders above ₹499 ship free of charge.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders carry a flat fee of ₹150 per item.

  • If a package returns to us due to customer unavailability or refusal (RTO), a re-shipping fee of ₹150 will be applied.


4. Delivery Timelines

  • For metro and tier-1 cities, delivery usually takes 3–5 business days after dispatch.

  • For other locations, it may take 5–7 business days, depending on the courier network.

  • Estimated delivery dates are provided once your order ships. Please note, these are indicative, not guaranteed, as courier delays may occur.


5. Damaged or Lost Packages

  • While we pack each order carefully, transit issues may happen.

  • If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at support@mayskin.in with photos of the product and outer packaging.

  • If a shipment is lost or untraceable, we will coordinate with the courier partner and either send a replacement or issue a refund.


6. Address Changes

  • Address or contact updates can only be made before your order is dispatched.

  • Once shipped, no changes can be applied to the delivery details.


7. Unexpected Delays

  • Sometimes, delivery may be delayed due to unforeseen issues (e.g., strikes, weather, courier restrictions).

  • In rare cases where a parcel cannot be delivered, Mayskin reserves the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.
